How far ahead do I need to book?
Two to three weeks in spring, a week in the winter. If the photographer is already booked, tell me that date first and I will work backward from it.
Do you charge for the walkthrough?
Not inside the metro. It takes about forty minutes and you get a verbal read on the spot. A written room-by-room report is $350, credited in full against a stage booked within thirty days.
How far do you travel?
Anywhere inside forty minutes of the North Loop at no extra charge. Beyond that there is a travel figure, quoted before we start, and it has never yet stopped a job.
Can I see the store first?
Yes, and most sellers do. Thursdays and Fridays between ten and four, or any other day if you call ahead. There is coffee and there is nowhere to sit, because everything with a seat on it is out on hire.
Anything not answered here is a two-minute phone call. Ask before the listing goes live rather than after.
